Randy McMunn, program
coordinator/guide, because of his love for working with groups on
outdoor ventures, gave up an insurance business and potential legal
career to pursue that interest. Healing Waters Lodge is fortunate to
have his expertise and enthusiasm in organizing and helping run our
group activities.

Susanne Smith, Associate
Program Coordinator/Guide: Susanne, a Certified Master Naturalist and
fitness trainer has both the expertise and a love for the outdoors with
a passion for an active, healthy lifestyle that will inspire and guide
our guests through a most enjoyable and beneficial experience.

Daryl Cornelius,
the multitalented facility manager, has been at Healing Waters Farm
since 1987. Daryl began at the farm when it was still owned by Dr.
Elizabeth Kubler-Ross as Elizabeth's farm and conference center
manager, and has stayed on since the purchase of the farm by the
Sylvests. He has worked and continues to work diligently on the Lodge
in all aspects of its functioning to make it comfortable and enjoyable
for the participants. One of his talents is music, so if you are lucky,
you may hear him some evening playing Highland County music.

Linda Simmons,
office/house manager, served in a similar capacity for Elizabeth
Kubler-Ross, prior owner of the property. Linda is also a local sheep
farmer and country store owner. She brings to the retreat center a
friendly attitude and organizational skills that will help make a
happy, productive stay for every one.
